This curriculum aims to provide a perceptive grasp of the basic subtleties of this ecosystem of information technology and its legal implications. It includes all relevant regulations as well as the whole Information Technology Act and its revisions. In addition to the statutory provisions pertaining to cyberspace, this syllabus places appropriate emphasis on the legal analysis of new developing technologies in cyberspace as well as social and intellectual property issues.
